Parish Operations Manager
The Parish (St Anne’s, Manurewa )is currently seeking a highly capable and motivated Parish Operations Manager for 16.5 hours per week, including some evening meetings.
This is a varied role and responsibilities include:
• To manage the “Operational Aspects” of Parish life
• To manage “Human Resource” matters including staff management, employment agreements, training and health and safety for paid staff and volunteers
• To manage the “Finances” of the Parish accounts
• To manage the “Day or Day and Long Term Property Maintenance Plan” for the Parish.
Applicants may be tertiary qualified with preference of an accounting or business major or with significant relevant experience; have a minimum of three to five years in a business environment; experience in accounting, GST, payroll, leadership of staff, and property management/maintenance; and the ability to lead and work in a positive and proactive way.
Self-motivation, initiative, strong values and principals and the ability to create a welcoming and supportive environment are important personal qualities required for this role.

Parish Communications Administrator
The Parish (St Anne’s, Manurewa) is currently seeking a highly capable and motivated Parish Communications Administrator for 14 hours per week, negotiable.
We are seeking a talented person able to ensure effective Parish communications by managing and maintaining the parish website, Social Media platforms, directory, rosters, calendar and the Parish database.
Applicants should have excellent computing skills in the Windows environment including Word, PowerPoint, Publisher and WordPress (website) and Social Media including Facebook, excellent communication skills – both written and oral, strong interpersonal skills. Commitment to providing the highest quality of service and capability to prioritise competing time demands.
